What's Dropping ⚡️

  • Cool Cats teased out more clarity on Cool Pets. Is it January yet?

  • Upcoming: CryptoDrip’s mission is to make crypto, NFTs and web3 as approachable as a cup of coffee. Douglas Boneparth is building a decentralized coffee brand and reward system so you can earn and share coffee where and whenever you are, both digitally and IRL.

  • Pudgy Penguins stealth dropped Lil Pudgys Sunday afternoon. A public sale of 13,034 sold out in a Dutch Auction at 0.03 ETH. Another 8,888 are available for current holders. Floor is currently 0.047 and only 658 of the 15,300 are listed for sale

  • Adidas, which sold out of their inaugural NFT from the Into the Metaverse collection has already traded over 11,000 ETH in secondary sales.

  • JPGPeople, by artist Debbie Tea, sold out yesterday when word that Gary V minted 11 got out. Secondary market sales already clocked in 175 ETH.

  • Creature World released creature.world, where Creatures holders can start a virtual journey to help their Creature discover “who they truly are.” With each decision you make in the game, your creature artwork will evolve.

  • Pixel Vault is taking some of that JPG money and buying a soccer team.

  • Steve Aoki aped in again.

Coca-Cola NFTs

TODAY at 11am ET Coca-Cola is launching their NFT Holiday Snow Globe collection. According to their website, this will be a collection of “festive digital collectible snow globes featuring falling snow, the iconic Coke polar bears and more.” There will be 34,550 total, but only 4 different “editions” of snow globes. The rarest edition (”Coke Bottle”) will only have 1,886, while the most common (”Polar Bear”) will have 13,888. You can check out the Snow Globes here! All of the NFT’s will be sold in “Blind Boxes” and the edition will be revealed after purchasing! They will be listed for $29 (or 29 VeVe gems— the in-app digital currency).

Last Minute Gift 🎁

Christmas is right around the corner and if many of you are like me you are probably scrambling to find a gift on Amazon. News flash: It probably won't get here in time thanks to our supply chain crises. Well I got new for you...what if you gifted someone their first NFT?

Today The Drop will be going over how to buy and send an NFT to someone.

1) Download Metamask. It's a chrome extension and IOS App but generally, if you want to do anything in NFT land you want to keep the buying, selling, and trading on the desktop.

2) Send your Ethereum purchased from your Coinbase, Crypto.com, Binance, etc. account to your metamask. How do you do this? Well, you have to copy your metamask Ethereum address and paste it into your send address. 

3) Now go on OpenSea and connect your Metamask address. Once connected you will be able to browse projects and buy an NFT. If you already have an NFT it should show up in your profile.

4) To gift / transfer your NFT to someone else all you have to do is click on it and then select the gift icon. Once the icon is selected your paste the address of the person you would like to send it to and then the NFT will be on its way!
