Lamborghini stated that they are "auctioning a super sports car linked to an exclusive NFT, before the top model of the Italian luxury brand becomes a V-12-powered plug-in hybrid," adding that "the drop is the world's first NFT ever to be auctioned with a physical super sports car." The NFT will be a 1 of 1 that has music produced by Steve Aoki and art created by Krista Kim. And, if the auction reaches €5 million, Lamborghini will throw a delivery party for the winning buyer. This type of NFT integration with real-world historical events is the vision that bigger companies are progressing in this space. Don’t be surprised to see your favorite artist throwing their last concert and your ticket is an NFT. WAGMI.

Call Of Duty NFTs? 🔫
The case for in-game NFTs as a standard practice couldn’t be stronger. Axie Infinity, Sandbox, and other P2E games have led the pack in this respect but with the caveat that the games themselves revolve around NFTs. The alternative model is that various types of games, whether they be MMRPGs or first-person shooters, allow the player to possess their various in-game items as NFTs. Although no official statement has been made, there exists speculation that Activision could be integrating NFTs into their staple FPS Call of Duty.
With the Overhaul in Call of Duty’s UX/UI, Infinity Ward plans to personalise ACTV Accounts: incorporating: Global Calling Cards & Emblems, Avatars and, Statistics.

Regardless of whether or not Activision implements NFTs into their ecosystem, "Web2/AAA" based games will have to seriously consider making this move in the future as gamers slowly begin to realize that their gameplay creates the primary source of value for any gaming ecosystem. Currently, the normal model is that Activision, EA, or Riot charges players for skins and in-game perks. Players give money to these companies in exchange for the use of digital items. But players don’t get to own any of these items in the sense that they could sell the items themselves or translate the digital items across different digital architectures (aka interoperability). The future of gaming will be decentralized, where players are able to realize the value that they create for the games they play. Current resistance from gamers and people at large comes from wide-scale miseducation of the nature of NFTs. Most people assume it is some sort of scam rather than understanding that it gives them actual ownership over the stuff that they only think that they own.
