  • FLUF world founder teases a stunning image featuring various projects that have all branched off from the initial success of the FLUF rabbits. The Founder and devs continue to produce blue-chip projects with uncanny success.

  • Jimmy Fallon has gone full web3 and updated his Twitter profile to "Fallon.eth" and is even rocking a Moonbird as his PFP.

  • UFC fighter Nate Diaz expresses grievances against UFC for using his likeness in their recent NFT drop. The fighter claims he was unrightfully banned from the sport in the past.

  • Psychedelics Anonymous holders only have a couple more hours to claim the "Drop One" IRL merch pack. Head over to the discord announcements to click on the safe link!

  • P2E game CryptoFighters Alliance recently tweeted about the development of an ERC-721R contract that will make it possible for those affected by scam projects to receive a refund. Check out their thread tweet here.

🚨 Minting Today: BFF + “You”

Today, BFF, an open-access community with a mission to help women and non-binary people get educated, connected, and empowered in web3, launches its inaugural PFP collection, entitled “You”. The collection celebrates the uniqueness of women and non-binary friends across the BFF community and the world. Artist Jade Purple Brown brings vibrant color and dynamic expression to 10,000 unique pieces in the collection. Every NFT has utility within the BFF community, with tokens unlocking additional surprise perks and access to future drops within the BFF universe.

The mint has multiple phases. In phases 1 and 2, you must have a BFF Friendship Bracelet in your crypto wallet. If you don’t have a bracelet, you can purchase one from the secondary market on OpenSea. BFF was created by Brit Morin and Jaime Schmidt, two serial entrepreneurs and investors, and is supported by 100+ female and non-binary leaders across crypto, tech, design, fashion, business, and more.

CREYZIES Airdrop

Derivatives in the NFT space come in all shapes and sizes. From combinations of two major collections to plays on memes in pop culture, most derivatives are created by fans of a certain project. And in the mfer world, there is no shortage of them.

Derived from a project depicting an individual sitting at a computer smoking a “_____”, it comes as no surprise that mfer holders received an airdrop on 4/20. Wednesday’s airdrop, called CREYZIES, is created by artist Pablo Esteban Sánchez Rijlaarsdam (AKA Reylarsdam) in conjunction with sartoshi, the visionary for the mfers collection. And this wasn’t just some menial surprise airdrop. Since the drop, the floor has skyrocketed to 0.45 ETH, or $1,393 USD (at the time of writing). Reylarsdam began embarking on this journey in January after sketching out some ideas that sparked interest in creating a collection to show appreciation for the mfers.

NFTs are about utility. The art is great, but the utility should carry more weight when it comes to investment decision-making. NFT projects that feature a community and engagement tend to succeed more than those that lay dormant or don’t provide any impact to their holders. Airdrops are a great example of what value can be created for holders, and this time, it turned out to be a badass derivative. Mfers, YGMI. Stay CREYZY.
